Roger is known for his disciplined engineering approach, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things properly. He has worked closely with utilities, contractors, and project stakeholders across a wide range of complex projects, where safety, constructability, and long‑term performance are paramount. His background as both a Professional Engineer and Certified Engineering Technologist allows him to bridge technical rigor with real‑world application.
